The Ferny Crofts Management Committee is a sub-committee of the Charity Board, and is made up of HCSC Trustees along with additional members bringing experience in areas such as Education, Marketing, Finance and Strategy.
The Ferny Crofts Committee sets the strategic direction of the Activity Centre, monitors our performance against our business plan, ensures we remain financially viable, and provides advice and support to the Senior Managers.
All of our Committee Members are volunteers, who generously give their time to support the work of Ferny Crofts to inspire and develop young people through outdoor adventure.
