BIRTHDAY PARTIES at Ferny Crofts

Celebrate your Birthday in style at Ferny Crofts, with adrenaline-filled Activities and your own space to celebrate with friends in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest!  

Our Birthday Party packages are specially designed to deliver adventurous and challenging experiences for young people, in a beautiful location and at a price which represents excellent value for money.

Select from a range of activities on offer, and your choice of outdoor or indoor accommodation. Bring along some party food and a birthday cake, and you have all the ingredients for a fantastic party. 

All Parties Include:

  • Use of a dedicated outdoor space with picnic benches

  • 1.5 hours of your chosen Activity (for up to 12 people) led by one of our fully qualified Instructors. 

  • 30 mins of your choice on our Adventure Course or Aeroball.

  • Tea/Coffee facilities - including hot water, tea, coffee, sugar, mugs and spoons. 

  • Jugs of squash/water

OUTDOOR SPACE INCLUDED IN PRICE

NOT INCLUDED:

  • Indoor space – this can be hired from us for an additional fee of £30

  • Food or Drink – please bring your own. BBQ’s can be hired from us for £10 (bring your own charcoal/wood). Alternatively, you can hire out our on site Pizza Oven for £39. Ferny Crofts will supply all of the cooking equipment and some firewood, however all required ingredients are to be supplied by groups themselves.

You can hire out our Sky High Conservatory, a BBQ or our onsite Pizza Oven. Please note these are not included within the package price.

ADVICE FOR PARENTS

As most activities will be outside please ensure your child is prepared with the following:

  • Comfortable clothes

  • Warm clothing in winter

  • Sunscreen and hat during the summer

  • Waterproof clothing 

  • Closed toe footwear - such as sturdy trainers

  • Long Hair should be tied back

  • A complete change of clothes and a towel


Please let your party host have the following:

  • Information regarding your child’s ability to partake in physical activities

  • An emergency contact number for you during the party

'The Pizza Oven is a fantastic alternative to a normal Birthday Party. All the kids and adults absolutely loved it! The activities were amazing and all the kids were raving about how much they enjoyed them'

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  1. Birthday Parties cannot be extended into over night camping on site. 

  2. Payment must be made in full by cash, cheque or card at the time of booking.

  3. Bookings will only be accepted by a parent or person with parental responsibility.

  4. Once you have made your booking, we will send you a email confirming the details of your booking. You have 7 days, from the day of booking, to check these details and inform us if any of the details are incorrect. A refund after this time will only be given on production of a doctor’s note, less an administration fee of £25.

  5. Maximum of 12 participants per Activity Session. 

  6. The party will run from the times stated on your booking confirmation. Late arrivals will result in a shorter session.

  7. Activities will take place in poor weather. Should there be severe weather i.e. Gale force winds or lightning, then we will inform you of Ferny Croft’s decision to continue with the Activity Day.

  8. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian booking the party to ensure that all persons are correctly supervised.

  9. Publicity photographs may be taken. Please inform Ferny Crofts if you do not wish your child to be photographed.

  10. Children displaying inappropriate or antisocial behaviour may be excluded from the party without refund.

  11. All persons using Ferny Crofts are required to comply with the rules of the Centre.

  12. Ferny Crofts reserves the right to terminate any booking, which fails to meet these conditions. In these circumstances no refund will be given.

  13. Please inform all guests that no dogs are allowed on site.​
