COVID 19 Coronavirus Safety
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic, we will have a number of measures in place to help keep you and your Group safe during your time with us. We also have some additional rules and information in place which may differ from standard Ferny Crofts procedure.
This includes limiting site capacity to 35% of usual bookings, enhanced cleaning regimes, various social distancing measures, and allocating defined toilet facilities to your Group only. All of these will be explained to you when you place your booking.
We will be operating a contactless check-in where you can reach members of our team by telephone if you need us.
When you arrive on site, we will ask you to call us to check in. We will then come and meet you outside (at a safe distance) to ensure you have everything you need.
To place a booking, please email us at providing us with details of what you would like to book.
We will be carefully managing the site to ensure social distancing guidelines can be met, so it is essential that you have a confirmed booking in place before attending the site.
We will provide you with full details of the safety measures in place when we confirm your booking.
